After receiving a number of submissions from interested parties, the Wishlist board determined that BOQ Mooloolaba had won the submission based on a competitive financial offer but backed up by a significant history of support over the past ten years.
Wishlist CEO Lisa Rowe said, “I am delighted the Wishlist board has appointed BOQ Mooloolaba to be the new banking partner of Wishlist. They have been big supporters of Wishlist for many years, raising money by supporting Mix FM’s Give Me Five For Kids and other Wishlist events, and also through the annual Exclusive 300 Club Melbourne Cup Day organized by BOQ Mooloolaba and My Weekly Preview for the past six years.
“The banking partnership sees BOQ Mooloolaba supporting the banking needs of Wishlist and offering a range of banking packages to employees of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS).
BOQ Mooloolaba Owner Manager Brenden Brial said he is pleased to be the new banking partner of Wishlist, “Having been involved with Wishlist for so many years, this partnership is just another way we can give back to the Sunshine Coast community,” Mr Brial said.
“Part of our business ethos is about making a difference in the community and by aligning ourselves with Wishlist we know that we can continue to make a real difference to health services on the Sunshine Coast. What we love about Wishlist is that 100% of fundraising proceeds go directly to the cause, and because they cover so many areas of health you are able to help a wide demographic in our community.”
At Wishlist, we are committed to improving local public health services and this can’t be done without support from the local business community and our sponsors which now includes BOQ Mooloolaba
