Wishlist raises funds to support the growing health needs of patients and families on the Sunshine Coast and Gympie.

Who we are

Wishlist is the Sunshine Coast Health Foundation which provides fundraising support to the needs of local health services, including all areas of Nambour, Caloundra, Maleny and Gympie hospitals and the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. Wishlist is also dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyle initiatives aimed at keeping local families healthy. Since 1998, Wishlist with the help of a generous and committed community has raised and directed more than $22 million towards the Coast’s local health system. 

Wishlist is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the growing health needs of patients and families on the Sunshine Coast and Gympie region.

Annually we pledge more than $1 million towards:

  • Supported accommodationWishlist Centre, Reed House at Nambour and Wishlist House
  • Research projects
  • Medical equipment
  • Support servicessuch as the local Clown Doctors Service, Delta Therapy Dogs, Yoga Therapy and Music Therapy.
  • Staff scholarships & education funding
Wishlist is committed to improving local public health services, and one way we do this is through our Wish List which helps us find donors to fund the equipment needs on the list.
