Tickets released for Wishlist Jazz and Wine Festival

15th June, 2022

Hospital Foundation Wishlist have released early bird tickets to the iconic Wishlist Jazz and Wine Festival, held annually in the heart of Gympie.

Held on Sunday, August 7, the festival relocates to The Pavilion at the Gympie Showgrounds featuring live in-demand jazz and blues musicians, gourmet food and award-winning wine.

Wishlist Fundraising and Partnerships Manager Lisa Wilson said this year’s hotly anticipated event is likely to sell out quick after the huge success of last year’s soaring attendance and $25,000 raised in one day.

“A limited number of early bird tickets have been released and for $25 you’ll enjoy a fantastic new venue, new music acts, a cocktail bar, craft beer and a great atmosphere in this fantastic setting. But you’ll need to be quick as this offer ends June 17,” Ms Wilson said.

“We’ve also got VIP tickets that go on sale on June 17, giving access to an exclusive, all-inclusive VIP verandah so whether you want to bring friends and family or your work crew, we’ve got great options for everyone.”

“Tickets are selling fast, so don’t miss out, and a big thank you to our event sponsor One Agency Gympie for making this event possible,” she said.

All funds raised on the day will be directed to support Gympie patients and families experiencing a health crisis.

Major sponsor of the festival, Keryn Angle from One Agency Gympie, said they’re excited to be involved with such a great local event that benefits the community in such a practical way.

“This event is always really popular in Gympie but this year’s changes make it even more exciting. It’s very comforting to know by attending, your ticket and purchases at the festival goes to boost our local patients and families,” Ms Angle said.
