WHEN: Sunday 22 April

WHERE: Lake Kawana, 31 Sportsman Pde Bokarina (across from Sunshine Coast Stadium)

LAKEFRONT TRACKS: Leap onto the 10km Lakefront Track, tackle the 5km course with your family and friends, or take your youngsters on the Billy's Buddies Obstacle Course.

TIME: Registrations from 6am, first race at 7am

PLUS: Massages, food, drink and activities will be available on the day.
