Wishlist connects local businesses

It’s been dubbed the Sunshine
Coast’s only app that gives back. The new-look WishlistConnect app is a
tech-savvy, feel-good opportunity for businesses to support Wishlist, the local
hospital foundation, through their sleek digital advertising platform, WishlistConnect.





The new app officially launched
on Tuesday 28 May at the Best Western Lake Kawana to a crowd of representatives
from local business including BOQ Maroochydore, Eye On IT, Sunshine Toyota, The
Branding Office and Coastline BMW.





WishlistConnect initially
launched in 2017 as a member benefits program for Sunshine Coast Hospital and
Health Service staff—a 7500-strong workforce. Now, with a face-lift and
convenient app component, Wishlist Connect is an exciting addition to the
foundations fundraising enterprise.





Wishlist Development &
Operations Manager, Jeff McColl said the new app is a big step for Wishlist and
it’s digital advertising platform.





“Our goal is to connect local
businesses with the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service staff while
raising vital funds for medical equipment, support services like the local
Clown Doctors, research and staff education.





“Businesses can advertise their
latest offers on the app with ease and provide our amazing health staff and
Wishlist community access to the best deals on the Coast.





“We’re so grateful to have a
community of businesses that support Wishlist through WishlistConnect.





“We’re really excited to get it
out there and hopefully encourage even more local businesses to support
Wishlist and the local health service,” said Mr McColl.





WishlistConnect
raises funds to support local hospitals through our partnership
with local businesses. 100%
of funds raised will benefit local patients and their families.
