We invite you to complete the following expression of interest to become our provider for Vending machines at Nambour and Gympie Hospitals.

Wishlist and the Nambour Hospital Auxiliary seek submissions from licensed vendors who will offer patients, visitors and staff of these hospitals a diverse range of products in contemporary vending machines, compliant with A Better Choice Strategy.

In the past both organisations have received commission payments on transactions in all machines contracted by either party. This commission has been directed to supporting needs identified by Health staff at Nambour Hospital.

Wishlist will direct proceeds of vending machines to initiatives that promote to Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) employees the benefits to adopting a healthy lifestyle.

The Nambour Hospital Auxiliary will continue to direct proceeds of vending machines to the needs of Nambour Hospital specifically.

The SCHHS has expressed a desire for vending machines to have credit card/paywave facilities as well as cash/coin.

Please forward Expressions of Interest outlining the number of machines your organization is able to provide, the content of each machine and machine capabilities.

Also confirm minimum contract terms offered and commission details. Wishlist would prefer a 12 month term initially with a view to extending the contract if refurbishment at Nambour Hospital in 2017 proves the arrangement viable for both parties.

We also hope for regular transactional reports for each machine, outlining popular products.
